Requirements:

• Must be a licensed RN
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must live in or adjacent to Newberry County.
• Previous experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Nursing Home desired, but not required.
• Previous experience with Health Care Administration preferred.

Duties:

• Manage the administrative requirements for compliance with DHEC, CMS, etc., using our electronic health record system
• Assist in the preparation and management of the budgets and financial reports
• Assist in the admission of, and nursing care for Bernardo Hospice Care patients
• Lead the hospice team, which includes RN, LPN, SW, CNA, Chaplain, and Volunteer Coordinator and conduct the bi-weekly Interdisciplinary Team meeting with staff
• Recruit, interviews, and hires staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
